Question: Is there a similarity between Esau being forced to sell his birth-right to Jacob (Israel) and Palestine being forcefully occupied by Israel?
IMO Esau was not “forced” to give his birth-right; he almost begged Jacob to give him the meal, because he was so hungry after hunting.
This is a lesson to all of us regarding immediate satiation of need!
The situation between Jacob and Esau has yet to reach a point where much is sorted out; in the plan of Almighty God.
